What happens behind every signature
Three steps from draft to signed
The recipient needs no account. Everything happens in the browser, and every step shows on the document's page.
- 01
Write
Start from a template or a blank document. Headings, lists, tables, fields and signature blocks, right in the browser.
- 02
Send
Add recipients as signers or viewers. Each one gets a personal link by email, and you see when the document is opened.
- 03
Sign
The recipient confirms with a one-time code, draws a signature on phone or computer and signs. Every party gets the signed PDF.
A real editor, not a form
Write the contract like a normal document. No boxes to drag around, and everything saves automatically.

Slash menu
Press / for headings, lists, tables, fields and signature blocks.
Fields filled in on the side
Client, hourly rate and start date become fields in the text. You fill them in from a side panel, not in the body text.
Signature blocks
Show where each party signs, both in the document and in the signed PDF.
Templates
Save consulting agreements, subcontractor agreements and NDAs as templates and create new documents from them.
Preview
See the document exactly as the recipient will before you send it.
Sign on your phone or computer
The link opens the document right in the browser. The recipient reads it, types their name, draws a signature and confirms. Anyone who doesn't want to sign can decline with a comment.
- No account, no app
- One-time code by email before the document opens
- Signed PDF for every party

Every signature can be traced and verified
Data is stored in the EU, on Google Cloud in Finland.
One-time code by email
The recipient enters a six-digit code before the document opens. The code is valid for ten minutes.
Personal links
Every recipient gets their own link. Links and codes are only stored as hashes, never in plain text.
Locked when sent
Once the document is sent, its content is locked. It can't be changed afterwards.
Audit trail in every PDF
Checksum (SHA-256) and a complete event log with time, IP address and browser.
Simple electronic signature
Signatures are simple electronic signatures under the eIDAS regulation.
BankID
Signing with BankID is on its way. Until then, recipients sign with a one-time code and a drawn signature.
Coming soonFrequently asked questions
Briefly on accounts, signatures, templates and where the data lives.
Does the recipient need an account?
No. The recipient opens their personal link, enters the one-time code from the email and signs right in the browser, on phone or computer.
What kind of signature is it?
A simple electronic signature under eIDAS. Every signature is recorded in an audit trail with time, IP address, browser and the document's checksum.
Can we use our own contract templates?
Yes. Write or paste the template into the editor, turn the parts that change into fields and add signature blocks. New documents are then created from the template.
Can I see when the recipient has read the contract?
Yes. The document's page shows when it's opened, how long it's read and when it's signed. You can send a reminder to anyone who hasn't signed.
Where are the documents stored?
In the EU, on Google Cloud in Finland.
